I would love to get my bachelors degree in 2 more semesters. After that I would like to apply for my master's program and obtain my masters in Taxation accounting, though at this time I am unsure which area of accounting I would like to master in. While in my masters program it would be amazing experience to work for one of the big 4 accounting firms and find a position there as a CPA once I am done with my master's. I would love to work there for a few years, moving up the ladder and continuing to learn each and every day.
Then comes the tough part, do I build great relationships and attempt to start my own accounting firm or do I stay with the firm I am at and keep climbing the ladder?
My dream would be to open up my own, I envision a full service accounting firm that handles everything ranging from Taxes and Audits to AIS and Consulting. I would like to work hard and make it grow into a firm of highly knowledgeable and experienced accountants who are at the pinnacle of professionalism. But if none of that worked out I would not mind working hard for the Firm that I am working for at that time and providing them with the best possible service I could give, and who knows, maybe become a partner in the firm some day!
For now though I will keep working hard to acquire the knowledge I need to fulfill my dreams.
This is my son, he is more into finance than accounting, but that is okay, he will own the worlds finest stock brokerage one day or maybe be the CEO of a banking empire, who knows, Time will tell.
